Did you know that Strathcona County has a Community Mediation program?

The Strathcona County Community Mediation (SCCM) Society is a not-for-profit organization committed to assisting and educating residents to resolve conflict respectfully and has been active in your community for over 20 years. SCCM is a free option to dispute resolution for many conflicts that may arise through your committee’s work with the residents of Strathcona.

Who can we help?

Strathcona County residents, neighborhoods, community organizations i.e. sports clubs, not-for-profit groups, community leagues  as well as organizations that handle resident concerns, or anyone who may interest in developing their communication skills.

How can we be of service?

SCCM has a brief 15 minute informational presentation of our services. Our organizations offers mediation, coaching, customizable workshops and other services that can help with resolving conflict, communication skill building, developing understanding and repairing relationships.
