Case Developer
Training

SCCM recognizes case development as an important stage in the mediation process and would like to invite volunteers to take part in this training and utilize their current and new skills as a case developer with SCCM. The goal of this training is to increase volunteer opportunity in the areas which Strathcona County residents have shown they need support.

Topics will include: Purpose of intake and case development, SCCM communication specifics, administrative requirements, process, special considerations, resource information and review of paperwork.
